Marketing Manager II

High-Level Role Overview

This role will support the Partner Financial Team and Partnerships organization, helping drive strategic initiatives with the client's partners.

The individual will work across multiple teams to coordinate marketing, partnership, and operational activities that support business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional efforts between partnership, marketing, and operational teams.
• Support initiatives with the client's partners.
• Drive pipeline growth activities and partner-related campaigns.
• Assist with execution of Genius POS initiatives, including:
• Genius marketing campaigns
• Genius Roadshow/Roadtrip programs
• Manage and track requests, deliverables, and marketing materials.
• Monitor campaign progress and ensure stakeholders remain aligned.
• Partner closely with Product Marketing, Content, and Marketing Operations teams.
• Facilitate communication across organizations to ensure successful execution of programs.

The primary goal of this role is to support broader business growth by:

• Generating more qualified leads
• Increasing revenue opportunities
• Supporting the growth of the Small and Medium Business (SMB) segment
• Strengthening partner engagement and market execution

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a highly organized project manager who can effectively manage multiple stakeholders, communicate clearly at all levels, and drive initiatives forward within a large, matrixed organization.

Experience working with partnerships, marketing programs, campaign execution, or payment-related ecosystems is highly desirable.
