What You’ll Be Responsible For --> 1. Own the Medflix Narrative Craft our voice, story, and messaging across all On Air brands. Turn clinical topics into compelling stories doctors want to watch and share. Build a unified brand experience across events, digital, and community touchpoints. 2. Drive All Digital Growth Run and optimise paid + organic campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Google, X, YouTube. Scale registrations, conversions, and engagement for dozens of global events. Build funnels, deploy A/B tests, and push performance with a data-first mindset. 3. Build & Energize the Clinician Community Create the strategies that keep doctors coming back: newsletters, interactive features, loyalty loops, and referral engines. Understand what clinicians need — and deliver content that feels genuinely useful. 4. Lead Creative & Production Teams Manage designers, video editors, copywriters, and campaign managers. Own the full production cycle of every asset: ads, event promos, livestream graphics, post-event summaries, etc. Control the entire content experience on the day of the event — from storytelling flow to on-screen pacing. 5. Be the Marketing Brain Across the Company Collaborate with CEO, scientific directors, sponsors, and product teams. Bring consistency and excellence across EU, US, Middle East, and Asia initiatives. Support industry partnerships with strong, measurable value delivery.
