Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop descriptive and predictive Marketing Mix Models (MMM) to measure incremental impact of marketing and non-marketing efforts.
  • Scale modeling solutions across multiple geographies and product categories.
  • Integrate diverse data sources and methodologies to enhance marketing ROI measurement.
  • Measure both short-term and long-term marketing impact to guide strategic budget decisions.
  • Effectively communicate insights to stakeholders, including executives.
  • Continuously improve modeling techniques to align with evolving analytical trends.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and contribute to the growth of the analytics team.

Key Skills:

  • MS/PhD in Economics, Statistics, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
  • 5-10 years of hands-on experience developing and operationalizing MMM and marketing analytics solutions.
  • Strong foundation in machine learning algorithms and connecting model outputs to business outcomes.
  • Experience with experimentation and causal inference techniques.
  • Proven track record in deploying models into production environments.
  • Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL.
  • Experience with cloud platforms for scalable model training and deployment (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure).
