Summary: The Marketing Coordinator role involves supporting the Security Marketing team in planning and executing marketing campaigns, digital programs, and events. This position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables and effective project management. The coordinator will also analyze performance data to enhance future marketing initiatives. This is a remote position for an initial duration of three months, with a focus on driving pipeline and sales alignment in AI Defense marketing programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns, digital programs, content, webinars, workshops, and events.
  • Work with agencies and cross-functional teams to build and launch email programs, landing pages, and sales collateral.
  • Manage timelines, review assets, provide feedback, and ensure high-quality, on-brand output.
  • Track budgets, monitor deliverables, and ensure on-time, in-scope project execution.
  • Coordinate sales enablement efforts and assist in aligning marketing activities with sales needs.
  • Update internal documentation and maintain team workspaces and campaign trackers.
  • Analyze performance data, compile reports, and extract insights to improve future activations.
  • Contribute to brainstorming, content reviews, creative feedback cycles, and team operations.
  • Act as a connector-bringing together people, tools, and resources to drive successful execution.

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a marketing, project management, or campaign execution role.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with great attention to detail.
  • Ability to logically plan, set priorities, identify, and resolve problems producing measurable results.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.

You'll be joining the Security Marketing team, one of the fastest-moving teams in the company. This role reports into the Network Security and AI Defense Senior Marketing Manager and sits within a highly collaborative and high-performing team dedicated to delivering world-class product marketing and demand generation. We partner across the business with agencies, sellers, and campaign leads to build momentum and measurable success.

What You Will Do
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns, digital programs, content, webinars, workshops, and events.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
