Our client, an elite US full-service law firm is looking to hire a Marketing & Communications Coordinator on an initial 6-month FTC with the potential to go on longer term.

Working in a Marketing & BD team of 8 in the London office, the Marketing & Communications Coordinator will report into the Marketing Manager and BD Director and will be responsible for supporting the firm s internal and external Communications and Business Development plans, communicating regularly with Partners and support staff with ongoing initiatives.
Marketing & Communications Coordinator responsibilities
- Support the firm s internal communications team and external PR resources in furthering the firm s non-U.S. communications strategy
- Review firm brand and writing guidelines in all marketing collateral
- Monitor and communicate deadlines and updates for all directory and award submissions
- Support with the full comms process, ie, press releases, awards entries, website / intranet content, and social media postings
- Share firm news stories and media hits to specific practice groups / Partners
- Work with the communications and business development teams share news, successes, awards, announcements, etc.
- Coordinate with the business development and marketing team to provide communications support for events
- Keep abreast of industry trends and recommend ideas to enhance communications strategies and practices
Marketing & Communications Coordinator requirements
- Degree educated
- Legal industry marketer with a minimum of 3 years in a corporate law firm environment
- First class creative writing and communication skills
- InterAction CRM software
- Results driven, proactive, enthusiastic, imaginative and a strong influencer
Candidates must be available at short notice and able to work for the duration of the 6 month FTC
