Job Description
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in QA/testing, preferably within Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a similar marketing automation platform.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Strong understanding of Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Content Builder, and Data Extensions.
Experience testing email campaigns, customer journeys, segmentation, personalization, and automated communications.
Experience writing and executing detailed test cases and documenting defects.
Strong understanding of data validation and troubleshooting.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong communication and analytical skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification(s), such as Marketing Cloud Engagement certification.
Experience with AMPscript and SQL.
Experience testing Salesforce integrations and APIs.
Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and Sales/Service Cloud.
Experience with email rendering and testing tools such as Litmus or Email on Acid.
Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar defect/project management tools.
Experience with CI/CD or release management processes.
Experience testing large-scale, high-volume marketing campaigns.
