Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary expert on the Miva eCommerce platform, handling integrations, licenses, and resolving technical issues stemming from the recent migration.
  • Diagnose and address critical problems within the checkout process and overall site performance to restore seamless functionality.
  • Act as a liaison with third-party development teams, ensuring accountability and adherence to platform standards.
  • Resolve data flow inconsistencies by troubleshooting MailChimp integrations and improving marketing automation processes.
  • Conduct an audit of SEO performance post-migration, implementing strategies to recover organic search rankings and enhance visibility.
  • Collaborate with future creative and UX hires to ensure technical and content-based SEO best practices are followed.
  • Analyze traffic trends and develop actionable strategies to recover and grow site engagement.
  • Communicate solutions and updates effectively to stakeholders, translating technical challenges into clear insights for non-technical audiences.
  • Manage relationships with internal teams and external vendors, ensuring alignment and progress toward goals.

Key Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Marketing Automation, and eCommerce.
