Summary: The Customer Marketing Consultant will support the strategy, planning, and execution of customer marketing programs, collaborating with various teams to ensure effective communication and alignment with business objectives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the creation, scheduling, and execution of customer communications through multiple platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and brand.
  • Act as a point of contact for cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency of customer-facing messages.
  • Collaborate closely with teams to ensure timely, relevant, and effective customer communications across the post-sale customer experience.
  • Support the design and execution of customer marketing campaigns aimed at increasing product usage, retention, and renewals.
  • Optimize ongoing campaigns based on performance data to continually improve engagement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to document requirements and manage timelines for customer communication initiatives.
  • Ensure effective management of product end-of-life, rollover, and seasonal communication strategies.
  • Monitor key customer data points to identify trends and opportunities for communication strategies.
  • Provide insights into customer behavior and campaign effectiveness, delivering reports and recommendations to leadership.

Key Skills:

  • 5-8 years of experience in lifecycle marketing or a similar role.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Eloqua, Gainsight, SFDC).
