Summary: The Marketing Associate role is a full-time, remote position focused on planning, executing, and evaluating brand campaigns within the pharmaceutical sector. The position requires collaboration with internal teams and external partners to deliver marketing activities aligned with brand objectives. The candidate will utilize data and KPIs to enhance marketing effectiveness and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and evaluate brand campaigns and projects.
  • Deliver marketing activities aligned with brand objectives and measure their performance.
  • Develop and run multi-channel (especially digital) marketing campaigns.
  • Use data and KPIs to guide decisions and improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Act as a brand ambassador and support key messaging across teams.
  • Work closely with internal teams, agencies, and external partners.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships to achieve brand goals.
  • Support sales teams with relevant materials and resources.
  • Coordinate projects from initial brief through to delivery.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced environment and improve ways of working.
  • Manage multiple roles across different projects (leading or supporting).
  • Ensure all campaigns follow legal and regulatory guidelines.
  • Identify risks and ensure smooth campaign delivery.

Key Skills:

  • Ability to analyse data, track KPIs, and report on performance.
  • Basic project management skills.
  • Understanding of industry regulations and compliance standards.
  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation (preferred).
