Summary: The role of Martech, Advertising and Strategy Partner involves leading the agency's MAdTech & Orchestration practice, focusing on the integration of technology, data, and operations to enhance customer experiences. Key Responsibilities:
- Define and embed the agency's MAdTech & Orchestration strategy.
- Align cross-functional teams across media, customer engagement, experience design, and product.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to shape thought leadership and client strategy.
- Oversee technical delivery and integration of marketing technology stacks for clients.
- Educate internal teams and clients on best practices in automation, CRO, and personalization.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience delivering large-scale digital transformation projects.
- Strong client-facing skills and ability to navigate complex challenges.
- Expertise in MAdTech & Orchestration strategy, with a solid grasp of relevant technologies.
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Adobe, Braze), CDPs/DSPs (Tealium, Adobe, Treasure Data), CRO tools (Optimizely, Adobe Target, AB Tasty), Tag Management (GTM, Tealium, Ensighten), and Analytics (GA, Adobe Analytics).
- Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Adaptable to different delivery methodologies (Agile, Kanban, Waterfall).
