Summary: The Market Launch Manager will be responsible for executing the launch of a new hiring technology product in France or Germany, focusing on developing and implementing go-to-market strategies. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop country-level go-to-market plans in partnership with Field Marketing, Regional Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
  • Build scalable marketing programmes to launch the product in-market, focusing on awareness and demand generation.
  • Translate global campaigns into locally relevant programmes, incorporating regional market insights and customer feedback.
  • Partner with in-country teams and external partners to execute integrated, multi-touch marketing initiatives aligned with revenue objectives.
  • Identify and implement local adaptations to campaigns to ensure strong market resonance.
  • Define local goals aligned to regional and global targets.
  • Lead and activate local influencer and thought-leadership initiatives.
  • Manage channel partner marketing strategies and execution.
  • Coordinate with Legal and compliance teams to ensure customer-facing materials meet regulatory requirements.
  • Measure programme impact and provide regular reporting to senior stakeholders.

Key Skills:

  • 5–10+ years’ experience in B2B marketing, with proven campaign management and country go-to-market experience (technology or SaaS preferred).
  • Native German, with strong English for global collaboration.
  • Experience partnering with Field Marketing and regional teams, with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong execution capability, with examples of delivering complex projects in fast-paced environments.
  • 5+ years’ experience managing marketing campaigns and aligning multiple stakeholders, budgets, and timelines.
  • Experience in HR technology, talent, learning, or enterprise software sectors (preferred).
  • Event and webinar marketing experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing the launch of a new hiring technology product in-region, implementing, optimising and reporting on multi-channel marketing activity in France or Germany. You will lead the country go-to-market strategy for this new product, owning the launch plan, local campaigns and scalable programmes that drive awareness, consideration, adoption and advocacy. Acting as a launch specialist in-market, you will translate global strategy into locally relevant narratives. You will partner closely with Product Marketing, Field and Growth Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to deliver measurable outcomes and demonstrate ROI.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will manage programmes to support the successful launch of a new hiring product in France or Germany and act as a local subject matter expert. As part of the regional Customer Engagement team, you will work cross-functionally with Field Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Global Integrated Marketing. Specifically, you will:

  • Develop country-level go-to-market plans in partnership with Field Marketing, Regional Product Marketing, Sales and Customer Success teams.
  • Build scalable marketing programmes to launch the product in-market, with a focus on awareness and demand generation.
  • Translate global campaigns into locally relevant programmes, incorporating regional market insights and customer feedback.
  • Partner with in-country teams and external partners to execute integrated, multi-touch marketing initiatives aligned with revenue objectives.
