Summary: The Manufacturing IT Project Manager will be responsible for planning, overseeing, and documenting projects related to Enterprise Asset Management and equipment calibration software within the Life Science domain. The role requires experience in GMP, validation, and regulatory compliance, along with strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple sites. The candidate must work remotely while adhering to EST hours. This is a contract position classified as outside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, oversee, and document all aspects of Enterprise Asset Management and equipment calibration software projects.
- Manage KPI Dashboard Expansion for non OMX Maximo sites (MON/ FER/ CTD).
- Develop new Key Performance Indicator Reports for Asset Bad Actors.
- Implement Label Printing for Sites.
- Utilize EAM Archival Tool.
- Ensure OMX Database Encryption.
- Collaborate with sites on data analysis regarding source data for best practices to load into the OMX application.
Key Skills:
- Experience in the Life Science Industry, particularly with GMP, validation, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple sites concurrently.
