Summary: We are seeking an experienced Active Warehouse Developer / Support Consultant to enhance and maintain warehouse management applications for logistics and distribution operations. The role requires collaboration with business users and IT stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and ensure efficient warehouse execution. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide application support for Active Warehouse / WMS-related systems.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues related to warehouse operations.
- Support inbound, outbound, inventory, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment processes.
- Work with business users to understand issues, gather requirements, and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop, modify, test, and deploy application enhancements.
- Support integrations with ERP, TMS, EDI, carrier systems, scanners, RF devices, and reporting platforms.
- Monitor jobs, interfaces, batch processes, and data flows.
- Prepare technical documentation, root-cause analysis, and support handover notes.
- Coordinate with offshore/onshore teams, business users, and client stakeholders.
- Ensure system changes follow proper change control, testing, and release management processes.
Key Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Active Warehouse or similar WMS platforms.
- Strong understanding of warehouse and logistics operations.
- Experience supporting WMS production environments.
- Ability to analyze application logs, database records, batch jobs, and interface failures.
- SQL/database query experience.
