Summary: The role of Manhattan Active Omni (MAO) Techno-Functional Consultant OMS at Staffworxs involves leading the design, configuration, implementation, and support of MAO solutions. The consultant will gather business requirements, configure various workflows, and develop integrations with external systems. This position requires extensive experience in supply chain and e-commerce technologies, particularly with MAO. The consultant will also provide production support and collaborate closely with stakeholders and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design, configuration, implementation, and support of Manhattan Active Omni (MAO) solutions.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
- Configure Order Management, Inventory Visibility, Fulfillment, DOM, Store & Distribution workflows.
- Develop and support integrations with ERP, OMS, WMS, POS, and external systems.
- Perform fit-gap analysis, testing, UAT support, deployment, and production support.
- Troubleshoot MAO functional and technical issues and drive root-cause resolution.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering teams.
- Provide production support following a "You Build It, You Run It" ownership model.
Key Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Retail, E-commerce, or Omnichannel technologies.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Manhattan Active Omni (MAO).
- Strong knowledge of OMS, DOM, Inventory Management, Fulfillment, and Order Lifecycle.
- Experience with MAO configuration, APIs, integrations, and Manhattan Proactive customizations.
- Technical expertise in Java, REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, SQL, and Postman.
- Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or Cucumber.
- Familiarity with cloud-based Manhattan Active platform deployments.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
