Manager, Value Delivery – Agile Coach, Remote

Job Overview

We are looking for a Manager, Value Delivery – Agile Coach to serve as a delivery leader, Agile coach, and transformation partner. This role will focus on improving delivery flow, managing dependencies, enabling predictable delivery, and helping Agile teams translate strategic priorities into measurable business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience leading Agile teams, coaching leaders and teams, managing stakeholders, and supporting organizations transitioning toward a product-centric operating model.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach multiple Agile product teams aligned to key business value streams.
• Drive delivery planning, execution, flow optimization, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Product Owners, business leaders, architects, and technology teams.
• Remove impediments, manage dependencies, and improve delivery predictability.
• Facilitate quarterly planning, roadmap alignment, and capacity planning activities.
• Establish and monitor delivery metrics, team health, and value realization outcomes.
• Coach teams and leaders on Agile, Lean, Scrum, Kanban, and product operating model practices.
• Support organizational transformation toward a value-stream and product-centric delivery model.
• Build strong relationships with business, PMO, and IT delivery stakeholders.
• Manage and develop direct reports while supporting overall team effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Agile delivery, product delivery, program management, or related areas.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Delivery Lead, Program Manager, or similar role.
• Experience leading multiple Agile teams and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and product operating models.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, stakeholder management, relationship-building, and communication skills.
• Experience managing approximately 3–4 direct reports.
• Strong technical background with a focus on product management/product delivery.
• Experience working with business leaders, PMO, and IT delivery teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with Agile/product transformation initiatives.
• Experience with value streams, product-centric operating models, delivery metrics, and continuous improvement.

Certification

• Candidate must hold at least one of the following:
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
• Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
• SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)
