Summary: The role of Manager, Operations - HCP Engagement, Speaker Programs & Procure-to-Pay involves overseeing daily operational excellence for various healthcare engagement programs and financial workflows. The contractor will manage workflow systems across Commercial and Medical Affairs. The role is remote and is structured as a one-year contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive day-to-day operational excellence across HCP engagement programs.
• Manage Veeva Speaker Programs and financial workflows using Coupa and Bill.com.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure effective execution of modernization initiatives.
• Oversee hands-on management of workflow systems in Commercial and Medical Affairs.
