About the Role


We are seeking a highly skilled Marketo Expert
to join our team and support global marketing operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing end-to-end email campaigns while ensuring the flawless execution of digital marketing initiatives. This position is perfect for someone with a passion for automation, an eye for detail, and a knack for collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities


  • Design, build, and execute email marketing campaigns using Marketo, ensuring high deliverability and adherence to industry best practices.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create engaging, targeted communications.

  • Perform segmentation, A/B testing, and optimization for campaign effectiveness.

  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

  • Maintain data accuracy and uphold best practices in database management.

  • Troubleshoot and quality-assure campaigns to ensure seamless execution.

  • Support internal teams with training, documentation, and technical guidance on marketing automation tools.


Requirements


  • 3 5 years of experience
    in Marketing Automation or Digital Marketing, with hands-on expertise in Marketo
    or similar platforms.

  • Knowledge of HTML
    and CSS
    for creating and updating email templates.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and improve performance.

  • Familiarity with SQL for audience segmentation is a plus.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in working with cross-functional teams across different time zones.

  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a commitment to operational excellence.


Preferred Qualifications


  • Adobe Marketo Certification.

  • Experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.

  • Prior experience in global campaign operations or healthcare-related industries.
