- Provide clear, structured feedback to strengthen AI's managerial reasoning capabilities
- Work independently and asynchronously — on your schedule, at your own pace
Key Skills:
- 3+ years of experience teaching management or leadership at the postsecondary level
- Strong grounding in organizational behavior, leadership theory, and management practice
- Sharp analytical skills — ability to spot weak reasoning and explain shortcomings
- Comfortable reviewing written scenarios and evaluating decision-making tradeoffs
- Self-directed and reliable when working on independent, task-based projects
- Nice to Have: MBA or Master's degree in Management or a related field
- Hands-on industry experience in leadership, operations, or organizational strategy
