Summary: The Management & Leadership Instructor role focuses on evaluating AI-generated reasoning related to organizational behavior and decision-making. Candidates will provide feedback to enhance AI systems' understanding of management complexities. This position is remote and offers flexible hours, requiring a commitment of 10–40 hours per week. Ideal candidates will have extensive teaching experience in management or leadership at the postsecondary level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review AI-generated management and leadership scenarios used in model training
- Evaluate the quality of reasoning related to team dynamics, incentive structures, and organizational design
- Identify flawed assumptions, weak decision logic, or unrealistic workplace scenarios
- Provide clear, structured feedback to strengthen AI managerial reasoning
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Key Skills:
- 3+ years of experience teaching management or leadership at the postsecondary level
- Deep understanding of organizational behavior, leadership theory, and management practice
- Able to critically assess decision-making, tradeoffs, and strategic reasoning
- Strong written communication skills
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
- Nice to Have: MBA or Master's degree in Management, Organizational Behavior, or a related field
- Hands-on industry experience in leadership, operations, or organizational consulting
- Familiarity with AI tools or content evaluation workflows
