The Role
We are partnering with leading AI labs and research organizations to train and enhance frontier models using human expertise. We are seeking experienced Management Consultants to help improve how AI systems reason through complex business strategy, organizational design, and executive decision-making. In this role, you will apply your deep industry expertise—spanning corporate strategy, operations improvement, due diligence, and organizational transformation—to evaluate and elevate AI performance on consulting-specific tasks. You will not be sharing confidential or proprietary information from past employers or clients; rather, you will be leveraging your generalized consulting frameworks and business acumen to shape the next generation of AI systems.
What You Will Do
- Output Evaluation: Review and evaluate AI-generated outputs related to strategic frameworks, market sizing, competitive analysis, operational diagnostics, and executive recommendations.
- Scenario Creation: Design highly realistic scenarios based on actual consulting workflows, including case interviews, client workshops, hypothesis-driven analyses, workstream planning, and steering committee presentations.
- Data Annotation & Validation: Annotate, label, and validate data across complex management consulting use cases (e.g., market entry, cost transformation, post-merger integration, organizational redesign).
- Targeted Feedback: Provide structured, rigorous feedback on AI accuracy regarding established strategy frameworks (e.g., MECE structuring, issue trees, Porter's), financial analysis, and executive communication standards.
- Async Collaboration: Work asynchronously with specialized research teams to continuously refine the evaluation frameworks used for business strategy AI.
What You Bring (Requirements)
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience at a recognized management consulting firm (MBB, Big 4 advisory, Tier 2, or a boutique strategy firm).
- Domain Expertise: A strong background in one or more of the following areas: Corporate strategy and growth advisory, Operations and supply chain consulting, Organizational design and change management, M&A due diligence and post-merger integration, Public sector and social impact consulting.
- Consulting Fundamentals: Exceptional analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and the ability to translate real-world consulting workflows into discrete AI evaluation tasks.
- Communication: Crystal-clear written communication and meticulous attention to detail.
- Work Authorization: Please note: We are currently unable to support H1-B or STEM OPT candidates for this project.
