Key Responsibilities:

Key Skills:

The Management Accountant plays a key role in delivering timely, accurate financial forecasts, management accounts, and donor reporting to support strong financial management and effective cross-programme operations. The postholder contributes to annual budgeting and statutory audits, continuously improving financial systems, policies, and processes to ensure alignment with the organisation's strategic objectives. The postholder acts as a primary finance contact and trusted finance partner for internal teams, external stakeholders, and Save the Children UK, the post provides expert guidance, manages financial queries, and oversees a Finance Officer to ensure efficient, compliant financial operations across the organisation. The successful candidate will be a proactive individual who is a Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, CIPFA or equivalent). Experienced Part Qualified (PQ) candidates will also be considered . Our client are a remote first organisation and as such this role can be based from home, anywhere within the UK. There are also offices available for those who would like to spend time in the office.
