Summary: The Management Accountant will report to the Financial Controller and play a crucial role in supporting the financial management, planning, and reporting for RPH Pharmaceuticals and its UK entities. This position involves managing accounts payable and receivable, providing comprehensive management reporting, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and audit standards. The role also includes collaboration with various stakeholders to enhance financial decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives. The position is primarily remote with occasional in-person meetings and requires effective communication and financial expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of accounts for RPP, RPPL, and other UK Recipharm entities using Sage, SAP, and Citibank.
• Provide comprehensive management reporting, including weekly and monthly sales reporting and cash flow statements.
• Support the establishment of revenue and cash flow budgets and forecasts, monitoring opportunities and risks.
• Engage in ad hoc financial activities and collaborate with other business areas for analysis and modeling.
• Ensure robust internal controls and act as the key contact for group and external auditors.
• Handle queries from Group Finance and Tax Advisors regarding month-end and year-end submissions.
• Participate in year-end stock takes and other finance-related meetings as required.

Key Skills:

• CIMA, ACCA, ACA Qualified or passed finalist.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with experience in financial modeling.
