Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, test, and implement upgrades of ManageEngine Applications Manager across environments (Dev, QA, Prod).
- Coordinate with stakeholders to determine upgrade timelines, impact assessments, and rollback strategies.
- Review ManageEngine release notes, assess compatibility and dependencies with OS, databases, and plugins.
- Perform pre-upgrade backups, data integrity checks, and configuration exports to safeguard against data loss.
- Install and validate new versions or patches, ensuring minimal service disruption.
- Troubleshoot and resolve post-upgrade issues, including performance anomalies and plugin reconfigurations.
- Maintain upgrade documentation, including version history, system configurations, and change logs.
