Key Responsibilities:

• Support IBM z15 and z16 mainframe and z/OS 2.5 or higher operating system.
• Perform MVS systems programming activities including system security compliance, performance management, and problem resolution.
• Manage tasks in ServiceNow (SNOW) and create change requests for implementation.
• Administer RACF/ACF2/Top Secret security and provide System Automation support.
• Handle mainframe storage and backup processes.
• Manage multiple z/OS LPARs and execute IBM mainframe IPL processes as required.

Key Skills:

• 10+ years of experience installing, customizing, and maintaining z/OS operating system.
• 5+ years of experience supporting a stabilized IBM mainframe system environment.
• Proficient with SMP/E and Mainframe Software Maintenance.
• Strong problem determination and resolution skills.
• Experience in systems planning, installation, configuration, and patching.
• Familiarity with MVS reporting and security reports.
• Knowledge of data encryption methods and security requirements.
• Experience in monitoring and managing security reporting for compliance.
