  1. Commercial Plan Domain Expertise in Core Plan Suite of Applications like SRQ, SMART, CPQ, PERS and PSBoR.
  2. Core Plan Domain Hands on Expertise in New Plans/Renewals/Revisions in Mainframe Online Applications along with complete E2E Plan Data Flow.
  3. Knowledge on US Healthcare Plan Products both Traditional and HMO based for different market Sub-Segments like Small Group, Large Group, Middle Market.
  4. Strong understanding of Software Testing methodologies.
  5. Experience with Test Management tools Rational Tool suite, JIRA.
  6. Working experience in Test Plan, Test Scripts and Test Result preparation, Status reporting.
  7. Strong communication skills & Knowledge on SQL queries
