Key Responsibilities:
- Define, design, integrate, test, and support reusable software solutions aligned with business goals
- Perform systems analysis, create specifications, write and test COBOL code, and implement application programs and data interfaces
- Develop and support complex financial applications using GN, RM, MA, IM, and ST modules within FIS/Systematics
- Influence technical decisions and collaborate across teams to drive scalability, availability, maintainability, and flexibility
- Participate in on-call rotation to support production systems and resolve high-impact issues promptly
Key Skills:
- Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with FIS/Systematics in a financial services environment
- Hands-on expertise in COBOL, JCL, and VSAM on IBM mainframes
- Experience with Ad Hoc reporting tools like Easytrieve or DYL
- Proficiency in mainframe utilities (e.g., SORT, IDCAMS)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to participate in on-call support for mission-critical systems
