Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership and DBA maintenance for mainframe IMS application databases across all environments.
• Conduct performance monitoring, tuning, backup, recovery, and troubleshooting of IMS databases.
• Oversee mainframe operations and coordinate with various teams for support and maintenance activities.
• Assist application programmers with DBRC issues and maintain compliance with vendor standards.
• Support application development by creating and maintaining deployment procedures and environments.
• Provide after-hour support for nightly batch Mainframe schedule COBOL and JCL programs.
