Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain IDMS applications

- Work with VSAM, TSO/ISPF, JCL, PROCs, and PARMS
- Communicate technical issues effectively to non-technical stakeholders
Key Skills:
- 10+ years of IDMS development experience
- Proficiency in COBOL and IDMS
- Experience with IDMS ADS/O
- Knowledge of DMLOs and Bachman diagrams
- Familiarity with CICS and VSAM
