Job Title: Mainframe Developer
Location: Remote
Duration: 12+ Months
For assigned mainframe enhancements and fixes, provide applicable analysis, reviewed code or configuration changes, test evidence, and implementation/backout notes.
For assigned escalated production issues, record diagnosis, actions taken, resolution or escalation, and root-cause findings and runbook updates where warranted.
Link outputs to the assigned team work item; provide status and knowledge transfer, address review comments, and submit the applicable artifacts to Navy Federal for review against that item's agreed acceptance criteria.

Required Responsibilities
- Support production environments, application enhancements, testing, troubleshooting, and implementation activities.
- Deliver High Availability Scrum Team deliverables.
- Provide Tier III support, including:
- Root cause analysis
- Application maintenance
- Production support
- Code and configuration changes
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex mainframe application issues.
- Perform analysis, development, testing, and implementation activities.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies:
- Daily stand-ups
- Sprint meetings
- Team collaboration
- Follow coding standards and quality benchmarks.
