• DB2 for z/OS Administration: Installing, maintaining, and tuning DB2 subsystems.
• SAP Basis Support: Supporting SAP applications running on DB2.
• Performance Tuning and Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving performance issues.
• Disaster Recovery and Backup Solutions: Designing and testing DR strategies.
• Mainframe (z/OS) Skills: Working knowledge of mainframe environments.
• Root Cause Analysis: Investigating and resolving recurring technical issues.
• Documentation and Reporting: Creating support documentation and participating in status reporting.
• On-call Support: Providing 24/7 support as part of a rotation.
