Magento QA Engineer

Summary: The Senior QA Engineer role focuses on ensuring software quality in e-commerce environments, particularly with Magento 2. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough manual and automated testing of web applications, GraphQL, and REST APIs.
• Build and maintain automated test suites using Playwright and TypeScript.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to understand requirements and develop comprehensive test plans.
• Manage and track issues using tools such as Jira or Asana.
• Document and organize test cases using TestRail or similar tools.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure performance, usability, and security standards are met.

Key Skills:

• 6 years in software quality assurance.
• Strong experience in e-commerce projects, ideally with Magento 2.
• Expertise in API testing (GraphQL, REST).
• Hands-on with test automation frameworks, especially Playwright TypeScript.
• Familiar with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficient in using Jira, Asana, and TestRail.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
• Experience working in Agile teams.
• Familiarity with AWS.
• A mindset geared toward continuous improvement.
• ISTQB or similar QA certifications.
