An unique opportunity for an experienced Machine Learning Scientist to join a market-leading fintech and help shape customer experience with cutting-end ML models

The Machine Learning Scientist will jump in and work across the full end-to-end life cycle to create and deploy innovative ML solutions. The Machine Learning Scientist will join a growing product-focused, cross-functional team working on key projects within a customer facing application.

Reporting into the Engineering Director, the Machine Learning Scientist will primarily work on NLP and text-based models, alongside advanced classification techniques and demand forecasting. Collaborating closely with both product and engineering teams, the Machine Learning Scientist will execute well-defined tasks that drive real impact.

Machine Learning Scientist - Key Requirements:

• Strong experience in Python and SQL
• End-to-end machine learning experience, with a strong focus on modelling and some exposure to deployments
• Skilled in NLP and text-based models.
• Experience working in product-driven organisations and cross-functional teams.
• Experience coding in Java and/or Golang will be advantageous, but not essential
