Job Summary
We are seeking an M365 SharePoint & Power Platform Engineer to design, develop, and support business solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 technologies to automate business processes, develop applications, and enhance collaboration across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint Online sites, pages, lists, libraries, and permissions.
- Develop business applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven Apps).
- Automate workflows and business processes using Power Automate.
- Create dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Customize SharePoint Online using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Integrate Microsoft 365 solutions with Microsoft Graph API, REST APIs, and third-party applications.
- Configure and support Microsoft Teams integrations and collaboration solutions.
- Manage SharePoint content, document management, and governance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 application issues.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Maintain technical documentation and follow development best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online administration and customization.
- Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with Microsoft Graph API, REST APIs, and PowerShell scripting.
- Understanding of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft 365 security, and permissions.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams app integration and collaboration solutions.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, or Azure App Services.
- Knowledge of SharePoint migration tools (e.g., ShareGate, Microsoft Migration Manager).
- Experience with Dataverse and Power Platform solution lifecycle management (ALM).
- Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
