Summary: The M365 Migration Support Engineer will play a crucial role in a Tenant-to-Tenant migration project for a leading IT consultancy based in Manchester. This contract position requires expertise in Microsoft 365 products and user management, with a focus on ensuring a seamless onboarding process for users from an acquired company. The role is remote with occasional travel to the Manchester office and is expected to last for an initial three months, with potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure seamless onboarding of users from an acquired company into the new company domain.
• Manage M365 Tenant-to-Tenant migration using MigrationWiz.
• Handle user management, SharePoint, and Exchange management.
• Work with Entra ID hybrid environment and assist in device joining and user profile migration.
• Collaborate with the team on the M365 migration project (on-prem to cloud).

Key Skills:

• 4+ years' experience with Microsoft 365 products, including backend and admin portals.
• Experience with user management, SharePoint, and Exchange management.
• Knowledge of Entra ID hybrid environment.
• Experience with on-prem domain to M365 and M365 Tenant to Tenant migrations.
• Familiarity with ConnectWise or similar tools is desirable.
