Key Responsibilities:
- Support migration efforts, utilizing Quest migration tools.
- Migrate all components of M365.
- Assess client requirements and recommend appropriate Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Design and implement M365 environments, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Provide guidance on security, compliance, and governance best practices.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users and IT staff.
- Support migration from legacy systems to Microsoft 365.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to M365.
- Document solutions, configurations, and processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
