Summary: The M&R Enterprise Architect will provide architectural support for Project Bolt, focusing on impact analysis and alignment with M&R strategies. This role involves collaboration with business and engineering teams, as well as enterprise/application architects, to develop solutions and strategies for various projects. The position requires extensive experience in enterprise architecture, particularly within the healthcare domain. The role is remote and spans a duration of 6 months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Align business and IT strategies, assess business and other IT ideas, and create strategy for the program.
  • Develop conceptual/reference architectures, and blueprints for alignment between M&R and enterprise strategies.
  • Produce solution intent document for the individual projects under Bolt and how they all coexist in the broader scope of project bolt and review with all stakeholders for their approval.
  • Help prepare materials for Capital Planning and present at Architecture Review Boards.
  • Support M&R business initiatives including trial claims, provider selection migration, benefits consolidation, integration with CCAM, EPP implementation, externalizing data for real-time access, and connecting claim message center to COSMOS.

Key Skills:

  • 8-10 years of enterprise architecture experience and well versed with enterprise architecture practices.
  • Experience with Cobol, JCL, MF Cobol, API, Kafka, Azure cloud platform.
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
  • Deep understanding of application interactions and patterns.
