Key Responsibilities:

  • Validate application of relevant corporate tax provisions (e.g., reorganizations, purchase price allocation, election analysis)
  • Analyze tax due diligence findings, including tax attribute limitations and risk exposure
  • Evaluate purchase price allocation methodologies and after-tax modeling assumptions

Compensation: USD 80-120 per hour

We are hiring on behalf of one of our clients for an experienced M&A Tax Specialist to support the development of advanced AI systems focused on financial and legal reasoning. This role involves applying real-world transaction tax expertise to evaluate, refine, and improve AI-generated analysis related to mergers and acquisitions. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in transaction tax advisory and is comfortable translating complex structuring concepts into structured, high-quality written feedback.
