Key Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate AI-generated analyses related to M&A tax structuring
- Assess transaction scenarios involving asset acquisitions, stock acquisitions, and reorganizations
- Validate application of relevant corporate tax provisions (e.g., reorganizations, purchase price allocation, election analysis)
- Analyze tax due diligence findings, including tax attribute limitations and risk exposure
- Evaluate purchase price allocation methodologies and after-tax modeling assumptions
- Review cross-border structuring considerations, including withholding tax and international tax exposure
- Identify technical inaccuracies, compliance risks, or flawed structuring logic
- Provide structured written feedback to improve AI system performance
