M&A – Senior Carve – Out Project Manager for SAP & Satellites Applications

Location: Remote – Europe

Duration: 15 months from November 1st 2026

Mission

You will lead a major entity separation (carve-out) project. As part of the IT M&A team, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end planning, coordination and delivery tracking of a SAP & satellites carve-out project, working closely with business stakeholders, project teams and IT services providers.

Key Responsabilites includes :

• Define the project scope, objectives and delivery methodology, leveraging market best practices
• Identify stakeholders, define roles and responsibilities, and set up effective governance
• Build and maintain a detailed project plan (impact assessment, design, build, testing, deployment, training, hypercare…), considering technical, operational and resourcing constraints
• Define and monitor KPIs using the program’s PMO tools (notably JIRA), track and mitigate project risks, and escalate in case of delays
• Coordinate a service provider/third-party vendor and collaborate with distributed teams

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years’ proven experience in project management in a SAP environment, including integration and/or separation projects (carve-in / carve-out)
• Functional expertise in one or more SAP modules
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional (matrix) delivery and coordinating large teams, ideally in an international context
• Fluent French and English, both written and spoken (bilingual working environment)
• Strong leadership and a proactive mindset; able to challenge, make decisions and drive alignment
• Lean mindset and continuous improvement focus
• High autonomy, strong rigor, and strong teamwork skills in a multidisciplinary environment
