M&A Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Hoboken, NJ that is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support strategic M&A integration initiatives across business and technology workstreams. This role focuses on end-to-end execution, cross-functional coordination, and ensuring successful delivery across Finance, Technology, and Operations.

Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end M&A integration projects from planning through delivery
* Coordinate across business, technology, and vendor teams
* Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
* Drive alignment across systems, teams, and milestones
* Track KPIs and provide visibility into program progress
* Support UAT and integration testing activities
* Partner with Finance and Procurement on vendor coordination

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of project management experience within large programs
* Experience supporting M&A integration initiatives (strategic, not just IT)
* Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and drive delivery

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
