  • Evaluate AI reasoning regarding regulatory compliance, strategic rationale, financial modeling, negotiation tactics, and cross-border considerations.
  • Identify errors, unrealistic assumptions, and methodological gaps in M&A advice or scenario logic.
  • Create scenario variations representing perspectives of different stakeholders — such as buyer, seller, advisor, or regulator.

Key Skills:

  • Several years (ideally 5+) of M&A transaction experience (advisory, due diligence, execution, or legal).
  • Familiarity with common deal types (private/public M&A, cross-border, venture, PE), processes, and best practices.
