Lead organizational change management initiatives supporting client's merger and acquisition (M&A) integration program.
Partner with business leaders, IT, HR, Finance, and PMO teams to drive successful adoption of new business processes, enterprise applications, and organizational changes resulting from acquisitions.
Ensure employees are prepared, informed, and engaged throughout the integration lifecycle while minimizing business disruption.

Required Skills
- 8 years or more in Change Management
- 4+ years of Organizational Change Management for mergers and acquisitions.
