Key Responsibilities:
- 20+ years of overall IT and Network Engineering experience.
- Strong experience supporting Electronic Trading, Algorithmic Trading, DMA, or HFT environments.
- Deep understanding of market data delivery and trading lifecycle.
- Strong knowledge of FIX protocols and exchange binary protocols such as OUCH and ITCH.
- Hands-on experience with feed handlers, order routers, and smart order routing systems.
- Advanced expertise in routing and switching technologies.
- Experience with BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, NAT, GRE, and IPSEC.
- Strong switching expertise including VLAN/VXLAN, Spine-Leaf, STP, vPC/MLAG, QoS, and HSRP/VRRP.
- Strong experience with Cisco Nexus platforms and low latency switching technologies.
- Experience with multicast technologies including PIM and IGMP.
