Role: Senior Java Spring Developer with Drools or jBPM

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of software development experience with Java technologies.

Strong proficiency in:

Exposure to BAMOE/Kogito, AI/ML integrations, GenAI services, or enterprise automation platforms is a plus.

Role will primarily focus on the IBM BAMOE platform, which is a headless business process/rules/decision platform based on the open-source KIE/Kogito ecosystem.

Experience with frontend development using:

• Angular or React
• JavaScript/TypeScript
• HTML5, CSS3

• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with source control systems such as Git.
• Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with event-driven architectures using Kafka or similar messaging platforms.
• Experience with Azure services, cloud-native deployments, and observability tools.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with security best practices and OAuth/JWT authentication.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito, Selenium, or Cypress.
• Exposure to BAMOE/Kogito, AI/ML integrations, GenAI services, or enterprise automation platforms is a plus.
