Summary: We are looking for a seasoned Scrum Master with over 10 years of experience to lead Agile teams and ensure the successful delivery of projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Guide teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement.
- Remove impediments and ensure the team remains focused on sprint goals.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the backlog.
- Foster communication between developers, QA, business stakeholders, and leadership.
- Track and report on team progress using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown).
- Mentor and coach team members to increase Agile maturity.
- Ensure alignment with organizational goals and delivery timelines.
