This is a fully remote opportunity offering flexible working alongside a high quality caseload of complex and interesting travel litigation matters.
The Role
You will handle a varied caseload of claimant travel law matters, including:
- Holiday illness and food poisoning claims
- Accidents abroad, including hotel and transport-related incidents
- Serious injury and fatal accident claims
- Medical repatriation matters
- Flight delay and cancellation compensation claims under UK and EU regulations
The successful candidate will be confident managing files autonomously and providing excellent client care throughout the claims process.
