Locum Planning and Highways Lawyer

The Role:

Position: Locum Planning and Highways Lawyer

Working Arrangement: Full Time, remote working

Duration: Initial 3+ months with the possibility for extension

Rate: Up to £60 per hour umbrella

Start: As soon as possible

Duties may include:

• Advising on all matters relating to planning, including large highways and development projects
• Provide advice on S106 agreements and all other related matters
• Support the Planning team and liaise with Officers to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and statutory duties
• Supervise and mentor junior staff members when required
