- Managing your own caseload of claimant work with a professional and empathetic approach
- Liaising with employers, ACAS, and third parties to progress settlements smoothly
Key Skills:
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 6+ years’ PQE in employment law
- Strong experience advising employees, particularly on settlement agreements and pre-tribunal matters
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
- Able to work independently and remotely, managing your own workload

They’re now looking for a Locum Solicitor to join their growing team, handling pre-tribunal and settlement agreement work. There’s no tribunal advocacy involved - this is all about high-quality advisory work, negotiation, and helping clients reach the best possible outcome. The role is remote, with the occasional in-person meeting in London.
