The key responsibilities of this Adult Social Care Paralegal role may include:
- Drafting witness statements
- Compiling evidence
- Preparing bundles for court hearings
- Attending meetings and taking notes
This is a full-time role and will initially begin on a 3 - 6 month basis, however, there is a possibility that the role will continue beyond that.
The successful candidate would ideally be able to get to the office on an ad-hoc basis to complete certain admin tasks, however the role can be predominantly remote.
Candidates that have previous experience of working in a local authority setting are strongly encouraged to apply, however candidates with previous adult social care experience in private practice are also encouraged to apply.
