£150 – £175 per Day / 2 week Contract / ASAP Start Remote (Client HQ Bristol) Contract

Here at Instinct, we’re excited to be supporting a well-established education organisation on a short-term project that will directly impact their learners’ experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a remote contract with a respected client in the sector, where future opportunities are highly likely.

Role:

Following a recent LMS migration, a quirk in the data transfer has left around 400+ course completions showing as incomplete. You’ll play a key role in ensuring learners’ records are accurate by:

  • Reviewing each affected record in the LMS
  • Checking the activity log to confirm the course was completed
  • Manually updating the system to correctly reflect completions

Although straightforward, this work is essential for the client and their learners. You’ll be provided with a company laptop for the contract, which must be returned on completion.

Skills required

  • Previous experience in data entry or administration
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (ideally Moodle)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable following clear processes and working independently
  • Able to handle repetitive tasks and large data volumes
