Summary: The LMMS Specialist role is a remote hourly contract position focused on producing and documenting music production projects using LMMS. The specialist will demonstrate technical and creative skills across various music genres and contribute to improving AI models for music production. Key Responsibilities:

• Produce and document complete music production projects within LMMS from concept to final export.
• Demonstrate technical and creative decision-making across composition, sound design, arrangement, mixing, and mastering.
• Utilize LMMS across Linux, Mac, and Windows operating systems.
• Work across multiple genres including electronic, hip-hop, pop, game audio, experimental, and podcasts.
• Apply advanced LMMS features including MIDI sequencing, automation, effect processing, and plugin integration.
• Communicate workflows, challenges, and production rationale through clear written and verbal updates.
• Contribute feedback and insights to improve AI models focused on professional music production practices.

Key Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience completing full music production projects using LMMS as the primary DAW.
• Comprehensive understanding of sound design, mixing, and music arrangement within LMMS.
